Disliked: Upon requesting an additional clean towel for a two-day stay, I encountered resistance from the staff. They questioned my rationale for needing two drying towels, which I found to be both audacious and rude.

Liked: The Inn was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Disliked: The price was a bit high for the ammenities

It was fine Liked: It was a good visit everyone was kind and helpful Disliked: I couldn’t stay until Wednesday had to leave for home 750 miles missed 1 night I paid for because my wife was in bad health couldn’t get a refund for the missed day

Liked: Parking Disliked: The room. It smells. The staff were a bit rude. Unhelpful I asked for an extra folding bed of I payed for the extra person and they claim they did not have any, or they said they would give me extra pillow the next day, ridiculous of which I already had paid for same day.

Disliked: 4 pillows instead of 3. extra blanket , i'm cold natured and the hubby hot natured

It was ok. Not having a tv that worked was a big negative for us. Blankets are a basic requirement i Liked: Room was clean. Location ok for our needs. Disliked: Tv didn’t work in any of the rooms. No blankets on the bed or in our room. Exposed wires on the phone cord in our room.

Don’t stay Liked: Nothing Disliked: The rooms had a musty smell We asked the manger not to go in our room to clean as we had expensive equipment in there We drove over 4hrs with our dog and cat to be told no pets Manger said pets allowed upon approval which was not posted on booking or their website and forced us to spend additional money to find a place for the dog and cat to stay and manger was rude about the pets

Liked: It's a small hotel in a small town that's known for the offroad park. So it's nothing fancy, so it is what is to be expected and serves the purpose perfectly. I appreciate that the white sheets have a hint of bleach smell meaning that they're clean. Disliked: I hate the bedding and towels. The bedding it straight out of the 70s and is just fabric no warmth or coziness at all. Again, it doesn't need to be fancy just not that itchy raw fabric. Changing those out would completely change up the room and comfort score. The mattress is nothing to brag about but I've had way worse and for the price it's acceptable but that just upgrade to a better THIN comfortor and BAM PERFECT! The towels, mine had strings hanging on the edges, not a big deal but maybe upgrade and replace the ragged ones.

Liked: People were hospitable, kind, and friendly. Disliked: My daughter's had a difficult time regulating room temp. The beds and facilities are dated.

It was ok Liked: It was private. Not crowded Disliked: It was musty. The attendant smelled like weed and was hard to understand

Nice hotel staff was excellent, would stay again. Liked: Location great to Badlands Park. Room very clean. Disliked: No pool for hot days.
